Payless aka “P’s Boutique” has just added another struggling designer to their line-up, Christian Siriano. Known mainly for his over the top personality, and well, designs, will be launching his spring 2009 Payless shoe line during New York Fashion Week.  Some critics may say, this move is just another notch in his sell out belt, but we can’t blame him for trying to get paid!

Noting that his spring 2009 collection will not be sold at major department stores ( due to the economy buyers are hesitant to place orders for $650 pants and $2,500 dresses), this line will be for the average fashionista, which makes up the majority of his fan base!
