November 23rd, 2009 1 comment

Style.com has recently released a 470+ slide show of their picks for the top designer accessories for Spring 2010. The accessory report list includes shoes, handbags and jewelry! Yes, I went through each slide picture to find my favorites.

While browsing the slide show I noticed a few trends and themes and for Spring 2010:

-Color: Bone, crème and white, will be everywhere this spring! Almost every designer offered it in either handbags, shoes or both!

-Contrasting stitching or piping in black

For Killer Heels

You can stop killing yourself with those killer heels! We know that’s Just the news your caves have been aching for… 5, 6 inch heels are on their way out (unless yours are made of Lucite and adult job requires them)!

British shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood, the father of some of the most killer heels the runway has seen, is officially over making models fall off the runway!

“I’m pretty much over the five-inch-high platform and girls tripping all over the place. Granted, I’ve been responsible for some of that … [I]t’s terrible. I have sympathy, I do. Next season’s shoes should be more manageable, I’m feeling ready for a more refined, lighter, more feminine look….I’m working on a pair of flats, but for me, it’s either super-high or super-low. There’s no point messing with anything in between.” – Nicholas Kirkwood

No need to get crazy… We love the designs…

Can we just have them on a 4 or 3 inch heel?!?!
