Add Another Season to your Wardrobe…
So far we have Spring, Summer Fall, Winter/Holiday and Resort… Make room for Pre-Fall!! Somewhere between May and July smaller collections hit retail stores in order to stock the shelves with new merchandise while spring and summer trickle away and the fall merchandise is still in production.

Pre-Fall Matthew Williamson
NY Magazine has comprise a list of 23 pre-fall shows and presentations for the comming season. Some of these collections are large enough for a full season!
Former Emilio Pucci designer, Matthew Williamson, will be the next designer to launch a H&M line this spring. Unlike the majority of collaboration lines, Matthew Williamson’s collection will have 2 deliveries! The initial woman’s line will hit a select 200 stores April 23, 2009!
The second, delivery which includes his first menswear line, will be available at all 1,700 H&M locations!

“It is an incredible opportunity to be working with H&M, creating a ‘Matthew Williamson for H&M’ capsule collection. I love the fact that H&M has created a new phenomenon in fashion through the pioneering concept of collaborating with high-end designers to create one-off limited edition capsule collections. I am thrilled that my creations for H&M will be accessible to and hopefully enjoyed by so many people around the world,” says Williamson.
We expect a cornucopia of vivid colors and prints… I am rather curious about what he can do for menswear…
