Flare and wide leg jeans have been rumored to be making a come back for the past few seasons, but they continue to take a back seat to skinny jeans and now jeggings.
I decided to bring mine back.

Flare jeans, AG draped top, Coach bag and Forever21 necklaces.

Juicy - everything and the kitchen sink – charm bracelet.

Last week I attended the ground breaking ceremony for the future site of Fashion Los Angeles. Fashion Los Angeles aims to bring back a sophisticated and successful LA Fashion week

Disney Concert Hall
Fashion LA will take over the rooftop of a parking structure across the street from the majestic Disney Concert Hall. The lot will be built out into several structures including 3 runway theaters, several exhibit halls and staging for design displays.

Future of Fashion Los Angeles
I am excited to see the organization continue to gain momentum as Los Angeles is continually over looked and scoffed at by other fashion cities even though LA is the 5th largest fashion city worldwide. LA is $32 billion fashion industry with 6,800+ fashion business jobs and 98,00 fashion jobs.

Fashion Los Angeles aims to take fashion presentation beyond the runway, into global awareness, and ultimately the marketplace through a mix of original content. Fashion Los Angeles has formed a strong partnership with the Los Angeles fashion bloggers via Two Point Oh! LA, a blogging community created and lead by Kelsi Smith of a Dedicated Follower of Fashion. I am a member of this community and will keep you up to date on all of the amazing events and programs!

This past weekend I celebrated the hot weather by wearing my first dress of the new spring season!
I picked up this dress at the Ever sample sale earlier this year… I’ve been dying for a chance to break out this new bright number!
Ever dress, Dolce Vita sandals and old school classic Coach bag.
Accessorizes: H.Studio Clear cuff and Forever21 necklaces and headband.
Alas, I think I found a new location for my outfit shoots!
Have you noticed the how cute and trendy the Coach accessories have gotten? Coach has forever marketed themselves as “Classic American Luxury Handbags”, as in your default first stop for Mother’s day. Or even introductory luxury.
I’ve known that Coach has a jewelry line; but I didn’t really pay much attention to it… Until the other day when I stopped into a store looking for a gift for my mom’s birthday and was amazed by all the fun little pieces I saw sparkling back at me from within the case!
The prices are very affordable and right in line with accessible luxury appeal.
Pave Heart Pendant Necklace – $148.00
Stone and Bead Cluster Necklace – $228.00
Multi Stone Snap Earrings – $98.00
Multi Stone Stacked Rings – $98.00
Stone Mesh Bracelet – $198.00
Op Art Bangle – $78.00
I know some of the piece are a bit mature -
ie defalut stop for mom!
With the right outfit, shoe and bag… One can defeiently give them more of a youthful look and appeal.
