Roni B. is a contemporary boutique located on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks California. The owner and its name sake hail from years of fashion and style experience from working at a variety of high-end retailers from the likes of Barney’s to Lisa Kline. After years of working with clients at high-end boutiques she noticed a trend with her clients – purchasing expensive garments and having them tailored to fit.  Despite the perceived superior fit of designer clothing, customers were still spending to have them fit correctly. Roni had discovered her niche and decided to offer Barney’s style at an affordable price.

Roni has definitely achieved her goal of providing “fashion that flatters your figure”! From her selection to her understanding of the art of tailoring, at Roni B. shoppers can achieve a custom style at an affordable price.

Programming Note:

After several years about blogging about my latest find at Bloomingdale’s or my score at the Barney’s warehouse sale; this year I wanted to reconnect with local boutiques. When selecting boutiques to feature I make an effort to visit the store beforehand as a regular customer to experience the store and based on my experience – later I reconnect with store regarding a feature.   I hope to promote community stores and aid in the Shop Local movement. Don’t get me wrong – I will still be in line early for the next private and warehouse sales – but I am enjoying discovering new and interesting places to shop where I am not a customer number but a apart of what make the store unique.
